Dropped the graf from the appeals section about arbitration awards being "non-justiciable". If that were true, it would mean a court would be barred from both enforcing or preventing enforcement of an award, which is clearly not the case. Ellsworth (talk) 01:13, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
