Update the link on the first line (which is about Arandu, Pakistan) and change it to:
- Arandu, Pakistan, a town in Chitral District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, on the border with Afghanistan
Also remove the dot from the second line so that it becomes:
- Arandu, Brazil, a municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil
