Reference date format format
Dl2000 recently changed a number of dates to use the 31 December 2012 format. I have no argument with this for the main text but for the references there is still a mix. Before the recent change there were 6 references as 2012-12-31; 3 as Dec 31, 2012; 8 as 31 Dec 2012 and 6 undated. The American format is obviously not desirable (Delphi having national ties to England) but WP:STRONGNAT allows either 2012-12-31 or 31 Dec 2012 for the references. Which do you prefer?
