Maybe dead project
[edit]The APS standard seems to have no support anywhere. There is no valuable info. The text published here seems to be some kind of advertisement. It is likely that the group that wanted to establish this standard was interested in commercialising it. Since that was unsuccessful, they discontinued development in or around 2019.
