Source: “He poured all of himself into that painting,” said Gosselin, explaining that Lentz sprinkled gold dust on himself and skipped showering, using his body oils to adhere the gold to the canvas. Then he gave the painting to the humble church.

ALT2: ... that an icon of Jesus was removed from a Catholic church for being "pagan imagery"? Source: It soon became know that the parish priest had removed the painting, deeming it pagan imagery that contradicted Catholic teaching.

Article is new enough, and each hook is interesting. Reliably sourced. Please rephrase the main hook: ‘not showering’ rather than ‘stopping showering’ would suffice. Cheers, Will Thorpe (talk) 07:05, 9 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
