Right now I haven't done a full WP:BEFORE search but am unconvinced that this person is notable. Current refs are unreliable user-created content (refs 1 and 3) or similarly written routine promotional announcements (refs 2, 4, 5, 6). A WP:BEFORE search found further trivial mentions and routine announcements/interview-like format releases/unreliable sources, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, but these are non-SIGCOV.
