Notability

The Telegram and norwester are local St. John's papers doing fluff pieces about a local band. The coverage is trivial and does not qualify, although some of them actually have local reporters writing the story. airplaydirect and oneworship are band bios, not real coverage. Please see WP:BAND, and read the whole coverage. Stating that a band got a recording contract isn't particularly deep coverage. There is no reason to call the Telegram and Nor'wester articles fluff; the coverage is substantial, and not trivial. The sources on the article demonstrate that the band passes WP:GNG. Neelix (talk) 03:15, 31 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
