Nationality

[edit]

Gallaccio describes herself as Scottish in this BBC article. Per note a at MOS:BIO#Notes there isn't a preference over labeling someone as British or Scottish and it should be decided with how they're described in sources or how individuals describe their nationality. As she's specifically said she identifies as Scottish, I think her nationality should be changed to reflect this. Per the note at MOS:BIO, I've started a discussion to get WP:CONSENSUS. As the discussion's been up for a week and no one's opposed, I've gone ahead with the changes. Suonii180 (talk) 15:30, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
