Unattributed source

This is claimed as 'original work' yet this diagram is taken from here & the source is unattributed: https://drug.wellingtonicu.com/appendices/appendix5/ Some of the drug names have been changed but the layout & colors are identical. This should be removed or attributed correctly. The user who posted this EricAtSHH no longer exists.
