Hostile / Defensive Architecture
[edit]I changed the link in the "See Also" section from "defensive architecture" to "hostile architecture" to fix a disambiguation link. I also changed the reference in the main section from 'defensive' to 'hostile' to match the change. Thatwhichendureth (talk) 21:27, 21 December 2017 (UTC)
Merging with "Skatestopper(s)" page

- To merge Anti-skate devices to Skatestopper, on the grounds that the trademark has become a generic term. Klbrain (talk) 17:34, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
So, this page (and the above one) are about the same topic. "Skatestopper" is apparently a registered trademark, but so (was) dumpster and that is the more commonly used term, and the page title (for its respective article). I think merging this with "skatestopper" makes sense because having both is not needed, and there is not much information that is exclusive to either one. - Support rename I think article could be renamed to Anti-skate architecture and expanded to include all forms of anti-skate architecture including anti-skate devices. The Skatestopper article should remain, in my opinion, as that is the common name for any anti-skate device that is attached to the skate surface of an obstacle. All anti-Grind (skateboarding) devices are commonly referred to as Skatestoppers. - Wil540 art (talk) 03:23, 22 December 2022 (UTC)
- Support Merge both articles are referring to the same thing.
