Place of birth?

The article gives it as Philadelphia in two places (lead and infobox) and Burlington County and Burlington (a city in Burlington County) in others. His Philadelphia death certificate, found here, says he was born in Philadelphia. His Medal of Honor citation says Burlington.--BillFlis (talk) 12:01, 10 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
