[edit]Anthony on Mike Oldfield's Crises
There is some confusion wether Anthony Phillips worked with Mike Oldfield on the album Crises, by Oldfield. In the credits, there is mention of a guitarist named 'Ant' (no surname added). Because 'Ant' is Phillips' known nickname, is it actually him on the record? I've been unable to clear this up, and I was wondering if there would be some people out there that could help me out. If my presumption is correct, this would certainly help to further document Anthony Phillips' work. Thanx, in any case...
Hello, I have uploaded my photo of Ant, but don't know how to get it to appear on this page. Can someone help me to link it please :-) PaulHereNow (talk) 23:41, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
Why is punk music even being mentioned as a point of reference on this page? It seems that every wiki page on any musician regardless of genre always boils down to it's relation to the punk scene. Ok. Big deal. His first solo album was not a large seller. Is this because punk had hit the mainstream? Hardly. The pop charts in '77 were filled with schmultzy ballads, diso, and arena-rock. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.99.46.207 (talk) 17:51, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
