Is "Anthony Doughty" well known enough to warrant any Wikipedia entry at all..?
[edit]Is "Anthony Doughty" well known enough to warrant any Wikipedia entry at all..?
His stage name of Tex Axile (which 99% of the public would know him as ) isn't even used as the title.
His official website hasn't been updated since 2000.
The current version of it is just a shell anyway as several sections were closed almost a decade ago.
4 of the "citation" links are actually about a single book detailing culture from the mid 80's.
Not Mr Doughty or his life/career at all.
One of which doesn't even work.
Mr Doughty doesn't seem to have made any creative impact anywhere since the late 1980s.
None of his "music" is available anywhere.
There isn't even a photo of Mr Doughty on the main wiki page as no recent one seems to exist.
Mr Doughty seems to have simply vanished off the face of the earth since approx 2000.
Yet here is a whole Wikipedia entry for him..?
Shouldn't it be just simply swept aside until Mr Doughty becomes well known enough to actually warrant it..?
