I am not sure how valid the subsp. nov. by Hoser is. His work is not really well accepted in most herpetological circles. Natter 03:30, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to be the basis of species identified from 1842 to 1985. You could be right, but 140 years seems like it would need some alternative classifications before we just moved it around. Wikibofh_(talk) 03:38, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
