"Town of Ridgebury": An error?

[edit]

I saw this mentioned several times in the article and it has to be an error. Connecticut (where I always lived) has no such town by that name. It sounds like a blend of Danbury and Ridgefield. Though maybe there used to be a section combining those names and I never knew about it. Rpsenft (talk) 01:07, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ridgebury is a part of Ridgefield on the northern border. There's currently a Ridgebury Cemetery in the area. And, reading the Ridgebury, Connecticut wiki article, apparently there's a movement to break off Ridgebury from Ridgefield? So I suppose it's a location but not a town. I'll update the article to reflect that. Paleblue (talk) 01:55, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
