I have removed Urbana, Illinois, as Ms. Tremko's place of birth. We have received information from a reliable source {OTRS access required) that she was born in Chicago. Unfortunately, most sources on the web now relate her to Urbana thanks to drumroll her unreferenced Wikipedia biography.
