Tim Ireland
[edit]What is this "wikipedia code"? Is it a reference to the biographies of living persons thing which says that negative material should be removed if unsourced? If so then it doesn't apply because this is well-sourced. It is a fact that Ireland set up the blog, that he doesn't like Anne Milton, and that Milton refuses to discuss it (the Times link is a good 'un). The link is relevant. There's no quote from the blog included in the section anyway - it just says it exists and allows people to have a look at it.
What we can't have is censorship of stuff that's critical of Anne Milton just because her supporters don't like it. I bet we could all remove stuff like that from articles about our favourite people and say that it should remain off until discussed.

[edit]Please, to make the argument that your allegations are 'well-sourced' is to similarly suggest that the BBC are right-wing, it has no reflection in reality. I did however wonder how long it would be before someone cried censorship because their hate-fueled rants were considered irrelevant to the article. Also, you constantly suggest that its Miltons supporters that edit out your diatribe, please do not be surprised that there are some people who consider personal attacks on a factual website abhorrant believe it or not. 5th October 2006 10:12 GMT.
Dr Graham Henderson (husband) & the rewriting of history.
[edit]Up until recently, Milton's husband was marked on his LinkedIn page and elsewhere as being Head of Primary Care Relations at Virgin Care Limited. Note, for instance, the entry at zoominfo... https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Graham-Henderson/98398374
cf. it with his current linked-in page, where the mention of his role at Virgin Care have been revised and/or excised https://www.linkedin.com/in/graham-henderson-22461820
As of this hour, today, a search on Google for "Dr Graham Henderson Virgin" yields Graham Henderson | Professional Profile - LinkedIn https://uk.linkedin.com/in/graham-henderson-22461820 View Graham Henderson's profile on LinkedIn, the world's largest professional community. Graham has 4 jobs listed on their profile. ... Accident & Emergency Doctor at Royal Surrey County Hospital. Location: Guildford, United Kingdom ... Medical Director (Surrey). Virgin Care Ltd. April 2012 – Present (5 years 8 months) ...
Whereas the current page points to an end of the directorship as February 2015 with a tenure of '2 years 11 months'. Now, one can argue very strongly that the above do not represent RS, even though linkedIn is often used by journalists and others as an RS. Likewise, WP itself cannot be used as an RS, and we have seen a series of edits from within parliament which indicate changes to this page to excise (or de-emphasise) her husband's relations with Virgin Care Ltd, and so we see Wikipedia being edited for political purposes.
However, what is definitely an RS is the UK Government's Register of Ministers Interests, which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/list-of-ministers-interests The most recent of which is https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/667965/2017-12-14_List_of_Ministers_Interests_December_2017_FINAL.pdf What we find under Anne Milton is that she has left her "Interests of spouse, partner or close family member" section empty, despite the very strong history (if not current) that her husband has with Virgin Care Ltd.
One could argue that none of this discussion has a place on Anne Milton's page - except that as a minister (and regarding all ministers), the entry on Ministers Interests comes from an RS, is topical, is informative, and belongs to the public domain. (20040302 (talk) 08:26, 9 January 2018 (UTC))
