Lead image

I reverted to the image of Stohr climbing as I think it better shows her for what she is notable, that is a professional climber. See Michael Jordan for an example of a featured article of one of the most notable sportsperson which shows him playing basketball. I also removed the image gallery per WP:IG. I will ask to some wiki project. AFAIK the lead image must show clearly the subject, i.e. the visage, as in Michael Jordan. With your image File:BW 2012-08-26 Anna Stoehr AUS 0568.JPG I can't identify the athlete, instead with File:Boulder Worldcup Vienna 27-05-2010 03 Anna Stöhr.jpg (you have removed) I can recognize Stohr easily. File:Boulder Worldcup Vienna 29-05-2010a semifinals093 Anna Stöhr.jpg is also ok for me, but not the current image. --Rotpunkt (talk) 21:27, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're free to make up your own rules. The rest of us are free to ignore them. WP:LEADIMAGE should be the guideline you reference.
