[edit]Since their edit on 09:29, 18 October 2008, Dinophile (contribs) appears to have taken the article in a heavily editorial tone, lacking references and reverting others' reversions of Dinophile's edits. I caught this as an uncat page but it looks like an NPOV dispute in the making. --Oddharmonic (talk) 05:50, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
References to United States Supreme Court and Court of Claims cases are there, with citations and quoted text. There is discussion of other cases, as well. While there are no links to the filed documents, they could be ascertained by anyone willing to do the legwork. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Parsimmon (talk • contribs) 19:07, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
- I have changed the tag to reflect that. The citations are not clear and easy to verify though, (see WP:CS). Also, this article will require a lot of work to comply with wikipedia's neutral point of view policy as it is written like a personal soapbox on this subject, with a definate bias to one side. If it is not re-written it will stand a good chance of being deleted. If you have any questions please ask either here or at my talk page. regards ascidian | talk-to-me 20:00, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
- I have removed the header tag, and have place individual citation needed tags where I have yet to verify information. I am rating this as start-class now. I have removed what I thought were remaining POV statements -- they no longer provide any additional information anyway. Also updating the project status -- the initial part of it, anyway, is done though there seem to be some additional future recreational use plans. This project also included an archaeological "rescue", which may or may not have delayed it additionally, but I don't have enough information yet to include it.
