Angelina's age
[edit]Angelina is not a teen, from what I heard she's 8. mich (talk) 23:28, 5 May 2013 (UTC) That is true, this PDF file http://www.thirteen.org/411/toolkits/AB/AB_Series_300_Character_Bios.pdf with official bios states that she is in fact eight years old. Yet more false information repeatedly being added. Nibbles29 (talk) 16:05, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
Vandalism and False Informaion
[edit]An anonymous user is intent on keeping Hilary Duff and Justin Bieber as voices for the characters. There is more detail about this below, but it isn't right. in the UK version AJ is voiced by Lizzie Waterworth, the same voice actor for Horrid Henry. I'm not sure about Marco and Viki's at all, and any of the other characters to be honest, which we need to work on. Also, recently someone has been saying that the characters are now teenagers. The official website and several Adobe files clearly state that Angelina is eight years old. I watch this with my cousin and am a big fan of it myself, but I don't know everything about it; there are still episodes I am yet to see, and the voice acting and vandalism still remains an issue. Another point is the names. One day, the characters full names all just appeared. In the official 2012 annual, only the Mouselings, Alice and Marco have last names (Alice's is Nimbletoes, like the previous series, and Marco's is Quesillo, iconfirmed by the annual and the episode 'Angelina and the Marcel Mouseau Mime Challenge'). I'm sure Gracie, Viki, AJ and Ms Mimi's names are false, as well as Marco's middle name 'Fernando', which isn't mentioned in the annual or any episodes. I know I'm going on about the annual a bit, but it is official merchandise so what is written in there we can trust. Finally, can I just apologise for the typo I made; it has now been corrected from 'stomachache' to 'stomach aches'. And I don't mean to sound like an admin, but this page needs work. time to lock this

Difference in Voice Treatment section removed; is there a reason why?
[edit]Because there is a UK version and a US version, would it be wise to find out both the voice actors for each character as I'm sure Angelina is voiced by Charlotte Spencer is the UK version and Jules de Jongh only voices Marco in the US version, but she voices Viki in the UK version too. Also, when I change AZ/AJ's voice actor to Lizzie Waterworth (UK version) someone is convinced he is voiced by Justin Bieber, which I am SURE is completely false. What does everyone else think? And also, a couple of months ago there was a topic on the article named 'Difference in Voice Treatment', describing how the character's accents are all British in the UK version but different in the US version. Was this deleted for a reason, and if not, should it be added back in? Nibbles29 (talk) 17:29, 3 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi, I have done some research re: Justin Bieber and Hilary Duff's "voices" on Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps. If you review both of these individual's biographies on IMDB.com there is no reference to them lending their voices for Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps. In addition, I have reviewed the credits for several episodes with the characters that are purported to be voiced by these individuals, and there is no credit given either Justin Bieber or Hilary Duff. Can we lock this article so whomever keeps changing the voices back to Justin Bieber and Hilary Duff is blocked? Arodwh99 (talk) 04:41, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
That is an idea, but will it block others from editing it too? And if not, do you have to be the creator to lock a page? Nibbles29 (talk) 20:12, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
Need more work
[edit]Got the source, but need to work on the the cites. Will work on it some more and let someone else edit the rest.(mich (talk) 00:22, 24 November 2009 (UTC))

Different Versions
[edit]In the UK version, Angelina has moved to the other side of Chipping Cheddar, but someone keeps changing the location to somewhere called 'Mouse City'. Is her new home different in the American version, as it may be false information?Nibbles29 (talk) 17:45, 13 June 2012 (UTC)

Could the official site be use as an link instead ? (mich (talk) 03:25, 27 September 2011 (UTC))
There are also several Adobe files I found over the internet, with the official artwork/logo etc, that could be used as links, but I'm not sure of the origin or whether they are genuine. I will look into it. And yes, I think the official website as a link is a good idea. Nibbles29 (talk) 20:13, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
Need some fixing
[edit]I been gone for a long time, come out and notice some problem. The episode guide need to be separated from the main page. I'm also checking to see who been doing most of the editing as well. I only going to fix a few things(mich (talk) 22:12, 26 March 2011 (UTC))
With regards to the episode page, there are episodes missing, as I have most of them recorded and we are missing a good few. I think our best bet with regards to the order of episodes in Channel Five, who are airing them per season. Also, the plots need work on, as the ones we have are rather vague. I don't want to sound like I'm ordering everyone around, but I can't do all of this on my own IE there many be differences between the UK version and the US/Spanish/etc... Another show my brother watches, 'Battle Force 5', has a good episode guide which we could base this one on. Just a couple of ideas, but I thought I'd ask for some opinions before thinking about changing anything major.
Like the user above, I'll also be checking any changes anyone makes, and hopefully we'll eventually find out who is behind all the vandalism and false information, and I'll be deleting/correcting any if it appears. Nibbles29 (talk) 20:13, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
And can I just add, there is also false information in the episode guide. The episode is called 'Angelina's Hiccups' in which Angelina gets the hiccups and her friends try to cure them, not 'Angelina and the Hiccup Cure'. I also have a feeling that the Justin Bieber vandal is the same one as the editer now intent on the characters being teenagers. They are eight years old! The official website confirms this. Nibbles29 (talk) 20:07, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
Thought about ages
[edit]Well, I have a hypothesis about why this person thinks Angelina and company are teens. If this series is indeed a spin-off of the original 2D animated series, then suppose this. If Polly was born during the original series, and is four years old on this series. Then that proves that the two series' are four years apart. Furthermore, It seems that present-day Polly is a sort of replacement for Henry in the original series. This may insinuate that Henry was four years old in that series. It is obvious that Angelina and her friends are older than Henry. However, if they are eight in this series, they would be four in the original series; the same age as Henry. This further points out that they cannot be five in the original series, because then they would consider Henry one of their peers, and they would not show such preferential differences. Which causes one to believe that Angelina and her friends are more in the 8-10 region in the original series. So, the person writing that they are teens is possibly correct, because this hypothesis would make present-day Angelina twelve to fourteen. It may be possible that the official website was referring to the original series.2606:4100:1840:808:1848:808:0:798D (talk) 09:37, 27 February 2014 (UTC)
I know I keep talking about this, but this PDF File http://www.thirteen.org/411/toolkits/AB/AB_Series_300_Character_Bios.pdf looks very official, and states that Angelina is eight. I understand where they may be coming from with the teenager thing, as I too thought about the ages in regards to the old series. However, like they have just replaced Henry with Polly, they may have kept Angelina etc's ages the same as they were in the old series. Furthermore, in the episode 'Angelina En Pointe' a picture is shown of some of the older dancers, who are clearly teenagers. Comparing them to Angelina and her friends and their behavior etc, I do believe they are closer to eight or that region of age rather than being adolescents. Nibbles29 (talk) 16:10, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
Yes, the behaiviour is a very good point leading them to be eight, but is it possible that the older dancers in "Angelina en pointe" are college students? And the fact that they have replaced Henry with Polly is irrelevant, it's impossible for Polly to grow four years and Angelina and company to not grow at all. - CharlieBrown25 (talk) 03:45, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
Sources needed for voice roles
[edit]Since the episode credits do not appear to match voice actors with roles, it's unclear who's voicing whom. If anyone has any refs, they would be much appreciated. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 21:45, 7 September 2015 (UTC)

Stop adding false information
[edit]I have something to tell you vandals: You have gone too far.
Hilary Duff, Justin Bieber, James McAcoy and Emily Blunt are NOT involved in this show. Also, the reference that is next to them also points out their non-involvement in the show.
Please stop adding in the false information. I know I'm not an admin and not trying to sound like one, but I'm active, and I'll revert every vandalism I see, just as a one.
P.S. What's the proof that Angelina has a crush on Marco? I have watched a few episodes, but not all, and I also consider that they're not even some sort of friends. They just like hanging out with each other and go in the same class.
Ok
[edit]Why do people keep insisting that Justin Bieber voiced AZ in this show? With the exception of Kacie Lynch, the US cast is based in the UK. HiT Entertainment does all of their US dubs of shows in either Canada or London, using North American people based in London or British actors imitating American (or Canadian) accents. 2603:6080:A700:1C39:8C40:B6CF:C4C1:260 (talk) 21:57, 19 May 2023 (UTC)

- I don't think we need one. That's not getting added, it's just something to point out. 2603:6080:A700:1C39:B807:3A1D:9AD1:85FC (talk) 15:19, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
Didn't WNET produce this show?
