Citation?

[edit]

I've expanded the article a bit, but I need a citation for something, as you see if you look at the article. I've read before that only three last overall NHL draft picks eventually played in the NHL, with Brick being the first and most successful. The problem is I read it here, and I'm not positive an article posted on Blogspot is going to cut it as a reliable source. If anyone can find a truly solid source that basically says the same thing or thinks that this is good enough, that'd be awesome. Thanks! Camanda (talk) 02:30, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm unfamiliar with editing of these articles, but Gerry Meehan was the last overall pick (the 21st pick) of the very first draft, the 1963 NHL Amateur draft. In his NHL career, starting in 1968-69, Gerry tallied 423 points in 670 games. I've attempted to make a correction, but don't know if I followed the style rules correctly. If I didn't, will someone please make the appropriate changes. Thanks! Ho-ju-96 (talk) 07:49, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
