I trust SoWhy made a mistake in assessing the Estonian Wiki article, and accordingly, I have restored the speedy deletion tag. However, if it should be declined again, I'm confident that this article will be deleted in the inevitably following AFD.
Estonian Wikipedia has significantly lower inclusion criteria than English Wikipedia. One of the reasons for this is that there are some two and a half orders of magnitude less Estonian people than there are English-speaking people in the world. Every single Estonian person is thus more than a hundred times more significant within the scope of et-wiki than a single person would be within the scope of en-wiki.
