[edit]

I think the writer of this article has done well here, but is it possible to have the sources? If some info. was acquired from books, I think that should be noted accordingly, with ISBNs and everything. --Ashley Rovira 15:25, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Camilla’s official title is queen consort.

[edit]

Camilla’s official title is queen consort not queen. As per the Queen Elizabeth’s wishes which was accepted by the current king. 2A02:C7D:5D53:4F00:D88E:DC67:ED59:DC00 (talk) 17:03, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

When referring to a Queen Consort it is perfectly acceptable to say "Queen [Name]". The Queen Consort of any country which has a monarchy is Queen of that country alongside their husband the King. Camilla is a Queen by rank, regardless of the fact she is a Queen Consort and not a Regnant. Therefore, Queen Camilla is perfectly fine. It's the same way we never called the late Queen Elizabeth "Queen Regnant Elizabeth." 81.140.89.191 (talk) 12:44, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Parker Bowles or Parker-Bowles?

[edit]

Is there a source confirming the official spelling of the family name is "Parker Bowles" (no hyphen) vs "Parker-Bowles" (hyphen)? I've seen sources going both ways, including in the article. Or is this a WP:MOS issue I'm forgetting? Grondemar 21:56, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
