Just a note here to clarify, because other editors have been adding "[Occupation] from Greater Sudbury" categories to the article.
The situation is that Matheson's actual origins are unconfirmed; during the time when he lived in Canada he claimed to have been born in Canada and then moved to the UK as a teenager, and during his career in the UK he claimed to have been born and raised in England. In other words, one claim or the other (or, slim possibility, maybe even both) has to have been false — but until some reliable source actually attempts to investigate the conflict to confirm which one's actually the truth (which is not terribly likely, since he's not nearly famous enough a figure to be a likely subject of that kind of investigative spelunking into his past), we have no way of actually knowing which one's the truth and which one's the lie. That's why I, as the page creator, did not file him in any "People from Specific Place" categories for either Sudbury or Kent, and why he shouldn't be added to such categories by other editors either, until new sources can be shown to confirm which claim is really the truth.
