Controversy

I removed the section for the time being. I'm pretty sure the sources for the section were in fact tongue-in-cheek blog posts.--Lord of the Ping 04:15, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, no, the Bourdain one was based on his actual impression, and the Ruhlman one was initially tongue in cheek, but then sheepish as the attacks gathered steam. It's a good example of the problems that were noted in many other places, but since its Ruhlman, it provides a good clarification of the response and the 'non-truth' of the issues.

Also so many formatting errors, red links and weirdness has been introduced into this article that I am going to return it to its state before this removal, then look at the subsequent changes to reintroduce the good ones; I know that's harsh, but a bunch of IP edits after you have really messed things up. --Thespian 12:32, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
