[edit]There’s no evidence to indicate that this is a real person. The “Scientific Career” summary appears to be very similar to the entry for Martin Rees, most of the references relate to Martin Rees, and I can find nothing in the references or anywhere else that relates specifically to an astronomer named Andrew J.
