This looks pretty good. Do you have a headshot of the man you can put on the right side? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Robertsullivan1973 (talkcontribs) 02:33, August 11, 2010 (UTC-5)

Thank you. There is an official head shot available at the supreme court web site, but my understanding of the Wikipedia rules is that a photo of a living person that does nothing more than show what he looks like will not be accepted if it is posted under a limited license -- a fair use exception is not enough. I hope to resolve the licensing issues with the court in the near future, at which time I will update the page with a sidebar. If my understanding of the Wikipedia rules is wrong, I will update even sooner. Shanemham (talk) 07:12, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Justice Hurwitz's Bow Tie

[edit]

I don't know where one can find a citation for this, or if it's noteworthy enough to include in the article somewhere. I wanted to know that judge hurwitz appears to be the only of 9th circuit justices who wears a bow tie on the bench every single session. It's just one of those things, I guess.
