The result of the move request was: move Andrew Bowie to Andrew Bowie (philosopher), then convert Andrew Bowie into a disambiguation page. (non-admin closure) Steel1943 (talk) 13:04, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
– Even before the MP was elected, the professor was lacking traffic.[1] Unreal7 (talk) 17:45, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose - Likely WP:RECENTISM. Page views are artificially elevated during and after an election. At best this is NOPRIMARY, but based on long-term significance, the philosopher seems to be primary with WP:ONEOTHER. Give it a few years and we can see how things are. -- Netoholic @ 19:53, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
- Support second move, the politician has clearly been the most sought after article for the past two years since he was elected to parliament, but Oppose first move per arguments made by Netoholic. Probably best to disambiguate and treat this as a WP:NOPRIMARY for now. PC78 (talk) 20:23, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
- Disambiguate per WP:RECENTISM. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 16:35, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose first, support second. No clear primary topic. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:17, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
