Something is messed up here. The article title refers to Anatoly (Ustinovich) Konstantinov. The dates of birth and death in the infobox, 12 June 1923 and 22 October 2006, belong to Konstantinov Anatoly Ustinov, to which person the russian interwiki link is linked (which has this page as a source: [1]). The link in the reference section leads to Konstantinov Vladimir Fyodorovich, born 22 February 1921, died 15 July 1979, and the dates in the first sentence are again different.
