The Defeos and Montellis
[edit]I found that the cast of characters had parenthesis with members of the defeo family in them. I have removed them but here's an explanation why. The film is called a prequel, and tells the story of the family that lived in the house before the Lutzes. However the Montellis are not a actual family. They are loosely based on the Defeos. Some events in the film did happen to the Defeos, but the Montellis are not the same family. They are only based loosely on the family.--VampireKen (talk) 19:45, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
