Collapsing Discography section

[edit]

It would be nice to have the subsections under Discography to be collapsed by default. I know how to do this for a table but not for the content that is presently there. If someone else could do this or teach me how to accomplish it, that would be great. FUtheresa (talk) 05:23, 11 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of POV

[edit]

An editor is continuously adding POV and unsourced material in the article. Moreover they are removing maintenance templates also. They must refrain from adding POV as per WP:POV and must not include their personal opinions in the article.-Kthxbay (talk) 14:23, 26 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Place of birth

[edit]

The article contains contradictory references about Khan's place of birth. One reference[1] says he was born in Akola, another[2] says he was born in Indore, and a third one[3] says he was born in Kalanaur (doesn't say which one). Previously, Indore was named as the place of birth in the infobox, while Akola was named in § Early Life. I've edited the article to name both in both places. I haven't mentioned Kalanaur, because I don't know which Kalanaur is meant and it wasn't previously named as a place of birth in the article. – Rummskartoffel 14:47, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Grove Music Online[4] also puts his place of birth in "Kalanau [sic]", but it also doesn't say which one. – Rummskartoffel 11:00, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The Journal of the Sangeet Natak Akademi[5] also says Kalanaur. – Rummskartoffel 11:33, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
After further inspection, "Amir Khan: In Memoriam" looks like it may be self-published to me, and since it's the only source I've found so far that says he was born in Akola, I'll remove that from the article shortly. – Rummskartoffel 17:31, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
