More importantly, there are no sources independent of the subject in the article (there is only a source from where he graduated and works). Please add additional inline citations or sources. If no independent sources can be found for some of the information, it's possible that it's not notable enough to be included in the article. (I looked for more sources by searching his English and Azerbaijani name, but couldn't find any myself)
