This Wikipedia page claims, without citation, the 68060 was available from 1995. This seems unlikely because the copyright date in the manual is 1996. Therefore I have changed the date to 1996.

The copyright date appears on page 2 of the manual, and I quote from the first line: "This manual, the A4000T-040/060 accelerator, distribution disk, and all related materials are copyright 1996, Boyer, Inc. All rights reserved".

I do not know how to add citations to Wikipedia pages, so simply supply the web link.
