Should expatriates really count as Americans in Argentina? This page and similar pages are typically devoted to people who are dual nationals or of said ancestry in said country. For example, this page would be about Argentine nationals of American descent or origin. I broach this topic and ask this question, because of recent edits that have added a number of "notable people" who are current or former American expatriates, not Argentine nationals.
