Notability and resurrection of draft

Meets WP:CREATIVE and WP:GNG. The only thing I kept from the old version of the article that I couldn't cite was his founding of IATSE. If someone takes a beef with that, remove it from the article. I'd like to remind my fellow Wikipedians that they can ask for access to Newspapers.com (if they don't already have it through their local libraries) and can prevent articles on notable people such as Paliwoda from getting deleted. --DiamondRemley39 (talk) 18:44, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Further research
