The Secretary General Manuel Picasso resigned from his post in january 2011.

I read on the Brazil-France relations page that France is an observer in the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization. This should be mentioned here but I can't find any references for it. Liam987 (talk) 13:35, 27 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
