- being sank in an action on 13 January Bad grammar and this isn't quite right as she was wrecked after having broken off the engagement. Don't name Droits de Homme in the lede, just that she was a ship of the line.
- Changed to "...wrecked following an action on 13 January with a French ship-of-the-line". --Ykraps (talk) 19:27, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
- The lede's too short add something about the prizes taken by the ships or something.
- Extended. See what you think. --Ykraps (talk) 19:27, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
- The earlier Amazon's are really only background info for these ships. So I'd recommend deleting the stuff you added to the lede about them and substituting info about the ships captured by the quartet.
- Okay, I have removed and added a bit more about service, including some notable engagements. --Ykraps (talk) 19:39, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
