Yo, she's not lying about her age...i went to school w/ her. I was born 2/16/85, so that seems pretty close. Do you think i can sell her autograph on ebay, from like 1989? It's only a first name... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.223.150.130 (talk) 02:14, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
Reliable sources
[edit]Someone added controversial information to the article. The source for the information is TMZ.com, which credits the article to the National Enquirer. This does not meet the requirements for reliable sources, and certainly not for biographies on living persons, so I'm removing the information. If you want to add it back in, find a better source. Note to other editors: unsourced or poorly sourced libelous information must be removed IMMEDIATELY. —BradV 21:00, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yep. And that goes for sites such as rickey.org as well. They are not considered reliable. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 11:15, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
National tour
[edit]Amanda's not included on the posters for the upcoming national tour. Also, she was the only one of the top ten not to appear with Larry King on his May 23rd program. Has she dropped out? Isn't she required by contract to do the summer tour? 209.247.22.164 (talk) 12:24, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Amanda Overmyer was eliminated 11th place. Only ten finalists can go on tour. She lost her spot in the American Idol Tour to Kristy Lee Cook the night Overmyer was eliminated. That's why she was not in the posters or Larry King. --Homezfoo (talk) 03:37, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
