Proposed deletion declined

The reasons given for proposed deletion was that the book failed WP:NB and that the author is also not notable. The author (Thomas Brussig) has his own Wikipedia article, and is notable as the winner of a major German literary prize. The book itself is notable as related to a notable film (Sonnenallee).
