I think this article should be moved to American Express Co. v. Italian Colors Restaurant. The use of Bluebook abbreviations in the title that are not widely known (i.e., Am. and Rest.) is probably not ideal, especially when the first word of the article is one such abbreviation. I think we can keep the abbreviation for "Company", since this abbreviation is more widely known than the other two, and is also used in the titles of other articles (e.g., Pennsylvania Coal Co. v. Mahon, Southern Pacific Co. v. Arizona, and General Electric Co. v. Gilbert). Glad Tidings from New York (talk) 00:40, 13 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
