The updated 1991 to 2020 box still shows Dsb
[edit]It's very close to Mediterranean (Csb), but December and January are slightly below 0 (32 F). Additionally, the low temperatures are vastly lower than the Mediterranean, or California Csa/b, record lows near -40 and mean minimums of -10 (-25 C), hardiness zone 6 vs the 8, 9, 10, and even zone 11 (San Diego#Climate) of the California mediterranean climate zone.
