coordinates
[edit]Can someone please convert the coordinates into the standard tripartite notation of hours-minutes-second of right ascension and degrees-arcminutes-arcseconds of declination? I would convert it myself except I have never seen the notation used here before (and there is no citation provided for reference). The only mentions I could find on Wikipedia are obscure references to 17th and 18th century notations using "' (triple prime) as 1/60 of an arcsecond and a "tierce" for 1/60 of a second. It may be that whoever put in the coordinates was using a very old reference perhaps, but I do not know if it is a sexagesimal subunit, decimal, or other.
