Very, very strange
[edit]“De la Parra has also been coached by Marin Alsop, Charles Dutoit, and Kurt Masur.” ARE YOU JOKING? DE LA PARRA HAS ALSO BEEN COACHED BY KURT MASUR? Please, check the home page of the site cited in the references (the first foot note):
http://web.archive.org/web/20070904055600/http://www.calowclassics.net/index.html
It is not the page of the Gustav Mahler Competition! See the other reference:
http://www.calowclassics.net/bamberg.html
It is a web page developed by someone who has nothing to do with the official contest website.
The official web site of the Gustav Mahler Competition is:
http://www.bambergsymphony.com/dirigentenwettbewerb1.html
The article about Alondra de la Parra probably presents serious problems with references. Please check all of them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.66.37.73 (talk) 23:46, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
"She was also the founder and artistic director of the New York-based Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas. Currently she is the artist director of the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra. She stepped down at the end of the 2013 season." What does it even mean? Is she currently director somewhere she stepped down in 2013? Or does this last sentence refer to the first one? Where is she now? --Oop (talk) 19:42, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
