This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because it is not. The page is nearly entirely raw facts. Names of institutions and years for example do not constitute copyright infringements -- and that is almost entirely what the article is .. and if you look at the copyvio report, it is most of what the copyvio report is highlighting. Perhaps user:DGG has an opinion as he deals with a lot of similar articles.
On another point, though it was no raised, he is notable. WP:ACADEMIC says "Academics meeting any one of the following conditions, as substantiated through reliable sources, are notable.... 6. The person has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a major academic institution ...."
