The entire article is unsourced, except for a link to her website, which currently does not exist. This is especially of concern since a large chunk of the unsourced material, and the article itself, comes from an editor named "Allisonsmithfan" whose only contributions are about Allison Smith. The article should probably be deleted until such time as a source or sources can be found.Closedthursday (talk) 17:30, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This is of no real import to this page, except that I was so impressed by Allison Smith's performance in The Closer (which I just discovered) that I came here to know more. The "musing" part is that there are clearly people who are exceptional at their craft who linger in the shadows, unknown outside their peers. Hollywood is replete with great actors who never become well-known, while relatively talentless (but usually exceptionally good looking) people get rich and famous. Wikipedia is interesting in that it favors the well-known and so, probably, have encyclopedias that went before it. Tim Warner (talk) 21:37, 8 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
