GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
a (prose, no copyvios, spelling and grammar): b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
"an historic" - should "a historic," per Oxford Dictionaries and Chicago Manual of Style.
"Allen sold the property in 1857 and it was later resold in 1860 and was renamed the Smithfield Manufacturing Company." Try rendering as "...it was later resold in 1860, when it was renamed... [emphasis added]."
"and the likely addition of a side door" - "likely" is colloquial (as I've found out the hard way myself), and this phrase could better be rendered as "and probably the addition of a side door... ."
"The exact date the mill and the storehouse was built is unknown, but Allen's brother, Zachariah, noted in his payment from "P. Allen for building his factory" on diary on March 5, 1821." - this is a mess. Rewrite to something like this: "The exact date the mill and the storehouse was built is unknown, but Allen's brother, Zachariah, noted in his diary a payment from "P. Allen for building his factory" on March 5, 1821.
"Despite not being the mill complex, the storehouse is the earliest surviving example of the 19th-century company storehouses in Rhode Island and being one a few surviving examples of company storehouses remaining from the 19th-century. Its significance is further enhances as the property erected and owned by the Governor of Rhode Island and later United States Senator Phillip Allen.[2]" - Should rewrite as "Despite not being the mill complex, the storehouse is the earliest surviving example of the 19th-century company storehouses in Rhode Island, and one only a few surviving examples of company storehouses remaining from the 19th-century. Its significance is further enhanced as the property was erected and owned by the Governor of Rhode Island and later United States Senator Phillip Allen.[2]"--¿3family6 contribs 20:59, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  1. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (reference section): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
Quotations need a citation at the end of the sentence. I know there is a citation later on, but they need it given immediately after anyway.
"A photo from 2013 shows that the structure has since been renovated and remains well-maintained." - This needs a citation.--¿3family6 contribs 20:59, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  1. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
    Coverage is broad and doesn't get sidetracked.--¿3family6 contribs 20:59, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  2. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
    Neutral, encyclopedic tone.--¿3family6 contribs 01:14, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  3. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
    Stable, no edit wars.--¿3family6 contribs 01:14, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  4. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
Suitable captions, illustrate the subject, no copyvios.--¿3family6 contribs 01:14, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  5. Overall: Needs significant copy-editing, and some small citation work.--¿3family6 contribs 20:59, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
checkY I did a quick copy-edit to clean up some residual errors. The fixes you made addressed all the issues that I found. Passed.--¿3family6 contribs 04:29, 14 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
