Dedication Date
[edit]The article gives a dedication date of 10 October 1943, but the enclosed flyer has it opening a month earlier, on 12 September 1943. A lot of internet sources repeat the October date - presumably copying Wikipedia - but this video here has a shot of the dedication plaque at the actual airport (at 02:26), which reads "CONVAIR FIELD - September 12 - 1943". Is there some kind of official US aviation document giving the definitive date? -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 18:04, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
