Allen babcock was NOT acquired by Tymshare but by Control Data out of Minnesota. Allen Babcock sued Tymshare for 30 million dollars due to their irreponsibility and attempted theft of obtaining Allen Babcock without any payment to the company. Due to insight of Michael Babcock, CEO at the time, she aborted the criminal intent Tymshare had planned to purchase Allen Babcock for no monies. Then this outstanding CEO instigated a sale to COntrol Data. In this favorable transaction, she was able to obtain employment for all Allen Babcock personnel that wished to move into the new company. Later, she insued the law suit against the company. Due to total incompetence of a legal firm here in Los Angeles, who drained the last monies from Allen Babcock, the suit was abolished. Unfortunately, justice was NOT serviced.
