All the Boys Are Called Patrick

The title of the article is overly literal. The article itself rightly renders this (sub)title as "All Boys Are Called Patrick." In English, the definite article here is restrictive (indicating a specific set of boys). In French it might or might not be, but in this case is not. (The article would be obligatory in French.
