The uncited statement that Strathern attended Bedford School
[edit]This edit of 08:45, 20 October 2023 (UTC) added that Alistair Strathern went to Bedford School. It did not provide a source for that statement. Note that the edit added the following easter egg: [[University of California, Berkeley|University of Oxford]]. The edit also introduced the information that he went to St Anne's College, and provided a valid citation to Cherwell that supported that Strathern went to St Anne's College. The same editor fixed the easter egg at 08:51, 20 October 2023 (UTC), so maybe it was accidental (sometimes computers just do things).
These edits by an IP editor at 21:26, 21 October 2023 (UTC) and 21:48, 21 October 2023 (UTC) changed the unsourced statement that Strathern went to Bedford School, so that it said Sharnbrook Academy instead; this had no source either. A source that supported Sharnbrook Academy was added at 22:45, 21 October 2023 (UTC) and 23:32, 21 October 2023 (UTC).
Another editor made a compromise edit that named both schools at 23:43, 21 October 2023 (UTC) saying both schools appear to be reliably sourced - perhaps moved for sixthform
.
Then another editor removed the uncited statement that he went to Bedford School at 10:55, 24 October 2023 (UYC).-- Toddy1 (talk) 12:40, 24 October 2023 (UTC)
